Earlier today, the Disney Parks YouTube channel posted video of the ride system that’s being used for the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind coaster that will eventually open in EPCOT. I can’t decide if I’m going to be able to ride this or not. The ride vehicle rotates 360 degrees and as someone who is prone to motion sickness, this ride may make me nauseous.

I’m all for roller coasters. For the most part, roller coasters don’t make me sick unless I keep riding them back to back (by the 3rd time back to back on Expedition Everest I get queasy and have to give it a break), but when you combine the spinning ride vehicle, I get even closer to puke city. I really liked riding Primeval Whirl in Animal Kingdom’s Dinoland area, but I had to plan out when I rode it because the spinning gets me every time.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is probably going to be awesome! I just already know I might get sick riding it and then be queasy the rest of the day. Obviously I don’t have to ride it, but I’m sure I’m going to want to try it out at least once because it’ll be a new attraction. I guess once it’s finished and actually opens, I’ll see what others say about it and try to figure out if I’m going to be sick after riding it. #FirstWorldProblems #FirstDisneyWorldProblems °O°
