I’m in a great mood today and it’s mostly because I’m off from work and I can spend time today hitting up all my social media favorites and celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Walt Disney World with other Disney obsessed people! If I had my way, me and my 2 kids would be there right now celebrating in all four parks throughout the weekend! I’ve loved watching my kids grow up, but I miss the times before they were in school when I could go to WDW any time that I wanted (well, any time that I planned and had the money saved up to go!). I keep going back and forth with the idea of taking a quick trip the week of Christmas this year, but my oldest son has a point about not spending the money to go in December and instead staying for 2 weeks at the end of May. I’ve just never been to Disney World when they Christmas decorations are up and I really want to see them in person! I ordered a 40th Anniversary shirt from DisneyStore.com yesterday and I can’t wait for it to get here!

This year was my own personal anniversary with WDW! My trip in late May, early June marked 25 years from the first time I visited back in 1986! It was the most magical experience and all these years later, Disney World still holds the same magic for me!! So, Happy 40th Walt Disney World! Thanks for the magic! ºOº
